Your Alpine Meadows Fire Safe Council organization is hosting our annual cleanup day -
Saturday, July 31st from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Alpine Springs County Water District Community Park entrance. Please do not park at the park, but at the water district’s parking lot.
Please come help make your valley more fire safe and beautiful! We will be hauling branches and cut tree material to the roadside where it will be chipped in early August.
All are welcome! This event is a great way to meet your neighbors in Alpine Meadows and reduce fuels in the valley.
Please bring these things if you can: Sunscreen, water bottle, and work gloves
SVAM has donated a season pass to our cause again this year! To be entered in the drawing you need to sign the waiver when you arrive and contribute 3 hours to the event.
There will be a short Wildfire Preparedness presentation and handouts of valuable information at the end of our work morning.
Some snacks/watermelon and drinks provided by the HOAs.
